Carey has tagged me...Here's how you play:
A. The rules of the game are posted at the beginning.
B. Each player answers the questions about themselves.
C. At the end of the post, the player tags 4 people and posts their names, then goes to their blog and leaves them a comment, letting them know that they are tagged.

Dancing Queen
Penelope loves to dance, as you can see here. Usually she just turns around in circles, but occasionally she adds some fancy footwork. Mom and Dad got Penelope this Blues Clues for her birthday and she was completely terrified of it then, but now she loves it and picks it up and dances with it.

The Revolution
I (Aaron) was asked to give a talk on Sunday. We have some new families in the ward and I guess they haven't heard me speak before. The subject was the mutual theme, being steadfast and immovable. I tied the talk into it being the parents responsibility that they bring their kids to the activities and to church and not that of the leaders. I thought I did a good job but I wasn't prepared for what followed.
When the meeting was over I went to my class room to prepare my lesson for the Teacher's Quorum. During priesthood opening exercises they were still commenting on my talk and one of our more outspoken members was criticizing the young men for not bringing their scriptures to church and that got everyone started into an uproar. I guess it was a better talk than I had imagined. I told Gwen that had I pounded my fists and raised my voice a bit I probably could have driven them to war. It was great. We got a good kick out of it.
Later on that night some new members invited us over to their house for dinner and we had a pot luck with some other families. I overheard them talking once more about the talk and everyone got a good laugh. Gwen and I were conjuring up images of "Dwight" on "The Office" when he gave his big speech like a tyrant and was able to single handedly win over the crowd . You have got to see it.

Play!
Imagination is a great thing. Penelope has played with this box for over a week now and it has taken permanent residence in our living room. She carries her toys in there and sits in the corner and lies down inside with her lamby. It has inumerable uses. She loves it. She really thinks it is great when mommy gets inside with her and we close the box and daddy comes to find us. Great Fun! She has also developed a fascination for mommy's clothing as you can see in the video. She usually just drapes the shirt or socks or whatever around her neck, but this day she wanted me to put it on her. She wore this shirt all day long. She took naps in it and everything. Too cute.
